Job Description
Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management
Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management. A Radstock based direct marketing firm require a Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management to lead the team of account managers, deliver contractual commitments, support strategic customer work, manage and deliver the pipeline and line manage the team.
The Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management will ensure compliance to customer SLAs, look after 3rd party licence renewals, take care of all aspects of client communication and identify and initiate change control opportunities. The Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management will manage work in relation to data processing, development and the analysis teams. The Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management will supervise and people manage the team performing the appraisals, taking care of training needs and providing team management.
The Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management will need strong account management experience. The Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management will need client facing experience and solid presentation skills. The Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management will need direct marketing industry experience. The Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management will need the ability to get the most out of a team, will be resourceful, have strong communication skills, great relationship skills and strong planning and organising skills.
The Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management will need knowledge of industry suppression products and scope of data services.
The Senior Account Manager/Head of Account Management salary is £35-40k plus benefits
