Our Client, the UK\'s leading audiobook publisher, are seeking a Digital Retail Key Account Executive. You will be responsible for the interface between our client and digital customers in the UK and Northern Ireland, ensuring the delivery of revenue targets in a competitive market context through selling in new titles, ensuring maximum distribution and promotional feature to the consumer.

As the Key Account manager you will be responsible for:

A portfolio of accounts worth up to £2m pa

Management of commercial terms with customers

Negotiating, agreeing and monitoring pricing and promotional discounts (agreed with line manager) and implementing marketing activity to deliver optimum sales and distribution

Securing widest possible distribution of full catalogue

Assist Digital Retail Manager in identifying new revenue opportunities through new retailers, new channels and new technological developments (e.g. widgets, apps)

Achieve agreed sales target by:

-619 Selling in frontlist titles

-619 Seeking new and creative ways to drive profitable backlist sales

Seeking opportunistic sales e.g. film tie-in\'s

Analysis of data to monitor sales performance and spot opportunities

Seeking new account opportunities

Proactively seek new revenue opportunities by working with Digital Retail Manager to identify new retailers, new channels and new technological developments (e.g. widgets, apps)

Provide regular sales forecast information

-619 Provide feedback on product performance ongoing

Provide market intelligence e.g. competitor info, new products, pricing

-619 Detailed knowledge of customer-base

-619 Networking within customers to know all relevant individuals

-619 Prepare, maintain and update annual account plans with SMART objectives and customer contact plan

Log all important information/decisions/emails

Manage account admin e.g. additional discounts, samples, supply of titles

Ensure line manager aware of key issues which could impact business

Keep customers informed of supply chain issues

Negotiate, agree and monitor marketing spend for accounts

Negotiation, implementation and monitoring of Terms and Conditions agreed with customers

Assist with resolution of invoice/debt queries

Management of special projects as required

Time planning - ensure all customers are visited to agreed timescales

Internal meetings and reporting/administration as required
