Job Description

A Fashion Retail Store Manager is sought to join this company in Bristol, to effectively manage the day-to-day running of a busy fashion retail store, ensuring sales targets are exceeded.

From the band merchandise inspired by your favourite bands, to the playlist in their stores, anyone checking out this organisation’s shops can tell they are really all about music. Our client has stores in nine locations throughout the UK, each of which offers the best in music and pop culture-influenced apparel, band merchandise, band t-shirts, accessories and gifts. The Bristol store’s turnover is in excess of £1million and they are now looking for a driven Fashion Retail Store Manager to take this forward.

TITLE: Fashion Retail Store Manager LOCATION: Bristol SALARY: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum + SALES BONUS BENEFITS: Free gig tickets & clothes

The ideal Fashion Retail Store Manager will possess:

• €¢ Proven store management experience in a fashion retail environment

• €¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• €¢ An interest in music and popular culture would be advantageous

To succeed in this role as a Fashion Retail Store Manager you will be expected to:

• €¢ Effectively manage the day-to-day running of a busy fashion retail store, ensuring sales targets are exceeded

• €¢ Manage a team consisting of Sales Assistants, Supervisors and an Assistant Manager

• €¢ Implement and maintain high standards and controls in all areas of the store

• €¢ Clearly communicate and implement store and company objectives

• €¢ Maintain stock control

• €¢ Promote a positive image of yourself and the company

• €¢ Provide a high standard of customer service
